Ans. Yes, if you are above the age of 18 years, then you can register at SathiConnect for free. Basic registration is free for all.

Q. How do I contact customer support?

Ans. Click on contact us to contact & give feedback to customer support. You can also call us on +91-9549802248 between 10am to 7pm to get your queries resolved with the help of our customer support or drop mail on after 7pm.

Q. Can I choose my own ID for the profile?

Ans. No. You cannot do this manually as every SathiConnect ID is unique and generated by system only.

Q. Why I am not getting any mail from

Ans. You may have unsubscribed the mails from our mailer services, or marked to move these mails in Spam or Junk folder of your inbox. Please check your email setting to ensure mail delivery in your inbox only.

Q. How can I change my Display Name on my Profile?

Ans. You can change your Display Name and change your Display Name settings from the My Account page inside Settings. If you prefer not to display your full name on your Profile, you can choose to display your First Name and initial of last name or you can choose to display a custom username

Q. Where can I update my ID proof?

Ans. You can easily update your ID proof and other required documents at First login to your profile and move your cursor on 'Share', click on 'Document Verification' in the dropdown list and update your documents in this section.

Q. How can I add my success story?

Ans. If your marriage has been arranged with the help of SathiConnect and you want to share your story with others, then you just need to once again login to your account, click on the profile icon, select success story in the drop down list and write your story in your own words. Please don't forget to add your marriage photographs with your story.

Q. How can I register on

Ans. It is really simple to register with If you are more than 18 years, then you can register with us. Fill in some basic details mentioned in the form and complete your registration. Email id and mobile number are mandatory to register on SathiConnect.

Q. What is a user ID? Is it important?

Ans. As a free member, you can choose your own user id while creating your profile but after upgrading profile, we will give you a unique user id. A user id is uniquely identifies your Profile and other Members can also search for your Profile on using the Profile ID search feature.

Q. Is it important to share my mobile number?

Ans. Yes, mobile number is important for verification of the profile. While creating the profile you will receive an OTP on your registered mobile number. Your mobile number will remain confidential and will be shared to authenticate profiles only.

Q. How soon others can view my profile at

Ans. All profiles that are registered with us will be made searchable post the screening process. In this screening process, we validate your profile on various parameters such as content, photographs, email, phone number, Aadhaar Card information and other documents, other information you have updated with us.

Q. Why does it take 48 hrs for free membership verification?

Ans. Verification of each profile is done manually. Our support team meticulously verifies each and every profile carefully on specific criterion before it is added to our database. All candidates are contacted over the phone for confirmation of details and authenticity. An E-mail will be sent to you once the profile is validated and added. Hence, it takes 48 working hours to activate all the profiles that are being added in one particular day

Q. Can I change my phone number and email Id after registration?

Ans. No, you can't change your phone number and email id after registration by yourself. But in case you want to update it please contact at our team will coordinate

Q. How can I protect my photographs?

Ans. You can protect your photographs by making small changes in your account settings. You can protect your photographs by clicking on the Photo Protected button in the' General Setting Section'. Once you activate this setting, all your photographs will be locked and cannot be viewed by others without your permission.

Q. How to delete my photographs?

Ans. You can delete you photograph by visiting the Upload Photograph Section. Here, you are supposed to click on the 'Delete' icon, which you can view on your image itself once you move your cursor on it, click on the icon and delete your image.

Q. Can I change any/all of my Profile information from the Edit Profile page?

Ans. You can change most of the information in your Profile. However, there are some items (e.g. your date of birth, gender, marital status and religion) that can be changed only in exceptional circumstances. To change these fields please write to Customer Relations providing a valid reason for the change.

Q. Is there any other way to create or update horoscope?

Ans. No, there is no other way to add, create or update horoscope on your profile. You can generate your horoscope instantly by adding important and required information in the horoscope section.

Q. What is a trust meter?

Ans. Trust meter is a credibility score of your profile. Your profile is judged on various parameters such as your Aadhaar card authentication, or PAN number verification, authentication of your photographs and other important information. Higher trust score gives higher authenticity to your profile.

Q. How can I modify my profile?

Ans. You can easily modify and make changes in your profile by logging in. Click on the 'General Setting' button to make the desired changes in the profile.

Q. How can I login and logout from

Ans. To login to you need to click on the login button available at the top right corner. Please enter your registered email id and password in the boxes to login to SathiConnect account. To logout from your account you need to click on the thumbnail icon and when you see a dropdown box select 'Logout' and logout from the profile.

Q. Can I be permanently logged into my account to avoid logging in everytime I visit

Ans. Yes, you can be logged into your account permanently by selecting the Stay Signed in option next to the Sign in button. NOTE : We recommend that you do NOT use the Stay Signed in feature if you are signing in from a shared computer.

Q. If I forgot my password, how can I reset my password?

Ans. It is easy to reset your password. Please click on the 'Forgot Password' link available on the login page and enter your registered email id. An email with new password will be sent to your registered email id.

Q. Can other Members of come to know when I am logged into

Ans. Yes. The Who is Online feature lists Members who are currently online. This feature helps online Members to get noticed.

Q. How can I change my password?

Ans. You can change your password any time you want. Please click on the thumbnail icon and when you see a dropdown box select 'Change Password'. Please enter your old password and new password in the given boxes to change your password.

Q. How can I express my interest to the desired profiles?

Ans. You can easily send invitation to the members you have shortlisted. You can send the invitation by clicking on the send invitation button. You can also view the total number of invitation you have sent.

Q. How do I get in touch with members of my interest?

Ans. Login using your "User ID" and "Password". Search for your matches. In the search results page, click on the "More Details" link. After opening the candidate profile, click on "Send Message" button to send a message to the member, expressing your interest.

Q. How can I view contact details of other registered members?

Ans. To view the contact details of other registered members you need to be a paid member. With free membership you can view the contacts details with available contacts in your account.

Q. How do I chat with other members?

Ans. You can initiate chat only if you are a paid member. If you are already a paid member in that case, first you need to send a chat invite to the other member. Once he/she will accept your invitation then only you can start chatting.

Q. I am a non-member. Is it possible for me to contact a member?

Ans. No, as a non-member you cannot contact any members.

Q. How can I search profiles?

Ans. You can search profiles by using our customized search option. Here, you can search profiles by using three modes: Quick search, Advance search and Search by Id. Quick search -It is a basic search option where you are supposed to fill in all the details mention in the form and get the search results based on your criteria. Advance search - This is an advance option to search bride and groom. You are supposed to fill in all the details in the given boxes to get more specific search results. Search by Id - If you know the profile id of the user you want to view, you can use "Search by ID" to get the exact result.

Q. Do I receive any alerts regarding partner matches?

Ans. Yes, you will receive alerts and mails on your registered email id regarding partner matches. The system will send you most recommended matches based on your partner preferences. Please ensure that these mailers are not going in junk/spam mails folder in your inbox.

Q. What is 'My Matches'?

Ans. My matches section is a match making tool which automatically matches you with other suitable profiles according to your prefrences.

Q. Can I search profiles of the same gender?

Ans. No, you are allowed to search profiles of opposite gender only.

Q. I am a Non-member, How do I view a particular member's profile?

Ans. Enter the matrimonial User ID/Reg. No of the member,on the "Search by ID "section of the home page. The profile details will be displayed.

Q. I get an error message "No matching records found" while searching for the profiles. Why is it so?

Ans. It could be due to your search criteria. So, if you are searching for particular narrow categories, try to broaden your search.

Q. What are the paid services?

Ans. Paid services are special services, which will help to upgrade your profile. You can choose any of the available paid service based on your requirements. offers you customized services based on your requirements.

Q. What is the minimum and maximum duration for paid membership?

Ans. The minimum duration for paid membership is for three month only, whereas the maximum duration is for 12 months.

Q. How many contacts I can view as paid member?

Ans. You can view a maximum of 75 contacts in three month subscription & 275 contacts in 12 month subscription.
