Note :

Only One Time Registration on site is allowed for same profile. A lot of Repeatedly registration for same profile will be blocked on site.In case finding any difficulty in registration contact on help@jainsathi.com and do mention your registered username/email and mobile no in mail

If wrong details fill during registration don't make another profile.Just complete the registration process and at the end of registration drop us mail on help@jainsathi.com

How Do I Change My Password?

  • Login using your registered "Username Or Email ID" and "Password".
  • On the "Login " page, Click on "Forgot the password?".
  • Check Registered Email Id. A Link has been sent to change password.
  • Click on link to change password.
  • Enter your new password and confirm the same. Click on "Change Password" button.
  • Your new password will be activated immediately and can be used from the next time you login.

Why Am I Not Able to Login? Why is The Message "Invalid Username / E-mail ID" or "Incorrect Password" Being Displayed?

  • The password you have entered might be wrong. Alternatively, you might be having the CAPS LOCK "On". Please check whether the password is entered in the correct case (Upper or Lower).
  • Please ensure that there are no spaces in the Username/Email typed. For e.g., it should be A123456 not A 1234 56.
  • If you have forgotten your password, please click on the "Forgot Password" link to retrieve the same.
  • The E-mail ID you are using to login must be the same one with which you had registered on the website. Alternate E-mail IDs will not function.

Why Account Is Not Activated Or Profile Is Under Screening Or Profile Screening Fails?

  • If guidelines/instructions are not followed as described in jainsathi.com
  • If Photo is not uploaded as per requirement i.e. if uploaded blur/side face/characters or any other profile picture account will be deactived in case of active account or screening fails in case of process of activation
  • If details filled during registration are false or it seems false
  • Profile Activation: We reserve the right to approve/disapprove any profile at any time without any prior notice. Also, the profile activation will be done in next 48 hours after completion & verification of profile i.e. after screening but in case if profile is not activated then please note the message/reason displayed showing the failure of activation of profile. Note:: Profile activation 48 hours will not be counted for saturday & sunday only support will be given.

First Name And Last Name For The Profile?

Enter First Name And Last Name For Whom Profile Is Creating Eg-Daughter/Son/Relative Name. If Creating For Self Enter Your Name.

Is Email Address Required to Create a Profile?

Yes, you need to enter a valid email address to create a profile. Email address is unique to every Profile and hence cannot be used to create or update another profile.

Photo Guidelines

Upload photos showing clearly visible front face profile photo and follow below mentioned guidelines as screening fails if not uploaded photo as required in system

Do not send a photo which shows only a side of your face, or where your face is only partly visible.

Do not upload blurred or unclear photos. They will be rejected during screening process.

Do not send watermarked, digitally enhanced or morphed photographs for uploading.

Do not upload group photos.
